PM will offer Anjali to Maa Durga this Ashtami in Kolkata, receives multiple invitations
In a fiery address following the ED raids at the I-PAC office, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has issued a chilling warning to the central government, claiming she possesses a "pen drive" containing explosive evidence. Speaking at a massive protest rally in Kolkata, she asserted that if she were to reveal its contents, it would trigger a political storm across the country. Banerjee emphasized that while she prefers to remain focused on her work, she will no longer stay silent if repeatedly provoked or attacked.
The Chief Minister made grave financial allegations, claiming a direct "money flow" link starting from BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari in Bengal to Union Home Minister Amit Shah. She alleged that she has concrete evidence of corruption and warned that she would expose the entire nexus if the harassment of her party continues. Regarding the recent ED raids, she accused the agencies of entering offices like "thieves" to steal confidential election data and strategy, justifying her intervention as a necessary step to protect party documents.
Escalating her attack, Banerjee accused the central authorities of manipulating the electoral process. She alleged that approximately 1.5 crore voter names are being deleted from West Bengal's rolls under the direction of someone she dubbed "Vanish Kumar" (referring to the CEC). She called this a direct assault on democracy and challenged the BJP to a fair political fight, predicting that 2026 would see the "fall of the BJP" and its exit from power in Delhi.
As a battle cry for the 2026 Assembly elections, Mamata Banerjee coined the slogan "Fatafati Khela" (a spectacular game). She directed Trinamool Congress (TMC) workers to reach every neighborhood and start sounding the "death knell" for the BJP's presence in the state. Closing her speech with a stern warning, she stated that she would track down every individual currently conspiring against her once the elections are over, signaling an aggressive, all-out political war in the months to come. At the end, CM Mamata Banerjee calls for a Delhi Chalo campaign against BJP.
